I haven't actually worked with 3G Builders yet, but they are working on my neighbor's house and doing a great job! I talked with Joe for a while about different projects and he seems super knowledgeable, and most of all, super honest. I'm sure I'll be working with 3G in some capacity in the future!

Joe and his crew did a total renovation our home before we purchased in 2021, and they did an excellent job. They did everything, including new electrical, plumbing, lighting, floors, paint, and an attached ADU, everything done with city permits! Many other homes in the area showed obvious signs of builders cutting corners, but the craftsmanship from 3G Builders and Renovation really blew us away and sealed the deal on the house. Almost 2 years later, we still have no issues and continue to appreciate the effort they put into making our home!

I had the guys at 3G Builders come out to my home and do a few of the renovations that were out of my scope. The price was right. They were on time and were reliable. They completed the jobs on schedule, and did a really good work. I was very happy with it. It was a real pleasure doing business with Joseph and his guys. I would definitely recommend them.
