Bay Countertops is great. Starting with good quartz selections for me to view as well as help with design options, they were so helpful. Efren, Lauren, Tina, and Toby were all great, professional and so easy to work with. My new quartz countertop and backsplash look fantastic. They also went above and beyond to finish the job before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend.

The absolute best! If you’re not sure about getting new countertops, just do it. Efren, Tina and Lauren made this kitchen project so easy. They even managed to keep me on schedule despite my own mistakes along the way. I wish I could hire this crew for every home project. Call them or stop by, you won’t regret it!

Very happy with our kitchen counters! Everyone at Bay Countertops was excellent to work with; we were able to look at many different products in the warehouse and take home several samples to make sure we had the right color. The countertop install was smooth and we are very pleased with the product. Recommend!

Thank you to Bay Countertops, we are so happy with our downstairs rec room kitchen counter and custom island top (both in blue/gray granite) and the work you did! Efren and his team including Lauren, Tina and Robert and the installation crew were so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. (Additional big thank you to Lauren for communicating with us so thoroughly from beginning to end, even on your days off and after hours!) We appreciate the time & effort everyone put in to work with us on budget as we navigated through various material choices, dimensions, layout options, last minute changes, and customizations. Whether for measurements or installation, scheduled appointments happened as agreed and without delays (thanks so much Tina for keeping us on track!) The installation crew arrived on time, on the agreed date, with beautifully cut granite and then did a beautiful job with placement, polish, sink installation, and debris removal (thanks also for all the maintenance advice!) We are so happy we found Bay Countertops and and are in process of asking them to estimate other upcoming projects. We also love that they are a local privately owned small business :)
