DO NOT USE ALEXIS FLORES! I had a signed contract with him to do a number of things for me with an agreed-upon price. He installed a few doors, and came and built drawers and a cupboard -- with the quality of work being probably a 4 out of 10 (nails still sticking out of the inside of the drawers!). He then extorted me and said he wouldn't continue the work unless I paid him another $1,000 over what we had agreed upon. Since he was several thousand less than other contractors I had talked with, I did an addendum to our contract with a timeline and paid him. He showed up for another week, and then disappeared and would not answer my phone calls or text messages. He is completely unreliable and will tell you he will be there, and at the last moment, will tell you he is on another job and can't come till the next week. Save yourself money, time, and frustration -- he may quote you less, but you will end up paying more in the end.
