My husband and I met with five different contractors when we decided to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Our second meeting was with Fuad from IY and it set the bar high. He was an exceptional listener, and had some great ideas we hadn't considered. His cost estimates proved to be extremely accurate every step of the way, and we are very satisfied with the work. Things went awry here and there (things that had nothing to do with him or his team), but he was always supportive and communicative about keeping the project moving forward in a good time frame. It really felt like a partnership. I highly recommend considering IY and specifically Fuad for your next project. Pictures show before and after.

We hired IY Development to remodel our entire home, including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and some layout changes. The results were better than we imagined. Ilan was great to work with, straightforward, helpful, and always easy to reach. He guided us through the whole process and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. Jose and the crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept things moving without delays. The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, layout, and finishes that really changed the feel of the space. The bathrooms were also fully updated with new tile, showers, and vanities. Everything turned out clean, modern, and just how we wanted. They stayed on schedule, were respectful of our home, and always cleaned up after themselves. We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled by I.Y, and we’re extremely happy with how it turned out. The project involved reworking the entire layout, so it wasn’t a small job. They removed everything down to the studs and build it back from scratch. We added a walk-in shower with custom tile, a free-standing tub, a new vanity and updated the lighting and flooring. The tile work came out really clean, and the new layout makes the space feel much bigger and more open. Ilan and his team were very easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure we were in the loop at every step. Jose and the crew were polite, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They finished the job on time and made sure everything was done the right way. We’re really enjoying the space now and would definitely use I.Y again for future projects.
