Paul Sargenti1 StarChris, the guy who did the door repair, was cordial and did a satisfactory job. Mike, the owner, was rude, indecently expensive for charges; $150 per hour plus undefined trip charges. He was not customer focused at all and refused a reasonable compromise. His worker was here for under 1.5 hours, no parts, just labor and he wanted $495. Arithmetic doesn't work... Ripoff!!
Be careful with this business. If you have to deal with Mike, ask what you will be charged up front and insist it be in an email confirmation.Tuesday 2nd June 2020
