Edward and Ada are a great resource! Their knowledge has helped us avoid buying incompatible parts as well as ensured we weren't missing required parts. Additionally a large tub arrived damaged and they were able to coordinate a replacement fairly easily.

I highly recommend Townsend Showroom. I've been a practicing architect for over 30 years and have ordered different products from many sources in the Bay Area and other locations for my clients and this is one source that I always use for plumbing fixtures. As stated by previous reviewers, they are knowledgeable, have a broad range of excellent products, extremely courteous and responsive. I'm a residential designer and worked on a big 17 unit (50+ bathrooms) development this year with Townsend Showroom. Edward was a huge help with suggestions, keeping the project organized, and helping to replace any items that were incorrectly shipped by the manufacturers. Their prices are lower than any other plumbing showroom that I work with, so I started to source my other projects here as well. Edward always responds quickly and accurately, which is a huge reason I am a repeat customer. They also carry all the brands I typically use and more. I highly recommend Townsend Showroom.

In addition to having a very large showroom to display large collection of bath and kitchen fixtures, the team on site has extensive knowledge of all the products and is extremely helpful. My personal experience with them was exceptional: they advised me all the way, worked with my budget, sourced all my needs and were even able to recommend better suited options at better prices. Highly recommend working with them on any bathroom and kitchen project. AMAZING!
