I have worked with Westgate Renovators since 2015 on several projects and the experience continues to be positive and rewarding. The crew has a strong work ethic , are competent , highly skilled , reliable ,courteous and focused. This is a group of experienced professionals who demonstrated modern techniques, ownership of their work, attention to details and and produced high quality of work and showed that they cared about the projects they worked on. They are organized and punctual , their cleanliness and organization was demonstrated as they cleaned up their jobs site everyday before they left and prepared for the next day. The crew was also courteous and highly respectful of the neighbors who were also impressed with the work. The scope included fence replacement , installation of a fence, landscaping , home renovation , roof repair and many more. I also had the pleasure of interacting with the office staff who demonstrated very courteous , professional and good customer service skills. Mark, the CEO, was very knowledgeable about the renovation and construction process, very professional and attentive , accommodating and detail oriented and kept me informed of the cost, timeline and what to expect during the project. He maintained open communication during the entire time, informed me of any potential problems in a timely manner along with appropriate solutions. He was very responsive and made himself available to talk and answered questions patiently and gave simple straight forward explanations. He visited the job site on a daily basis and provided regular updates. He is honest, and has integrity and demonstrated good relationships with his crew. He regularly checked in with me during the process and at the end of each project, ensured that the outcome of the project was to my satisfaction and expectations. The entire process was very organized. Once each project was completed, the quality of work, materials used , cost were excellent and exceeded my expectations. Mark and the crew made the experience well worth it. They went above and beyond to ensure top quality of finished work was provided. I am very pleased and will continue to work with Westgate Renovators in the future and highly recommend Westgate Renovators for any home improvement projects.

Recently I had my house painted by Westgate Renovators. They did an outstanding job with preparations, filling in the cracks and priming. The workers were on time, courteous and hard working. If I need any other work done, they will definitely be on my short list to contact.
